Great service. Always with a smile . Good food
I love QT, but this one needs a little help. Frozen cappuccino was not working (I know these machines are temperamental). So, I... opted for a fountain Dr. Pepper. The ratio was weak on syrup. The help at the register was somewhat slow to respond compared towhat I'm used to seeing at other QT locations. I feel like a little grace is in order due to a hot summer Saturday right aroundlunchtime, but I feel like this experience could've been better. But if you're not from around here, I'd still recommend thisQT. Even on a bad day, they typically leave the competition in the dust. Almost forgot, there are two parking stalls for pickuptruck/trailer rig. This is a nice touch that I used today with my utility trailer. Read more
This has been here for a very long time for me, and I don't know how many times I've been around. The staff are always friendly.... They're fast, and they almost never run out of stock to put out. Ever since I was little we would always go here to get a slushor snack. Staff help a lot. We had their pizza once, it was amazing. Never once have I seen a bad time at QuikTrip. This placehas always been a great one, and is very close to where I live, but I'm always happy to pass by the QuikTrip, knowing thatwhenever I am in there I'll be treated great. If you're looking for a quick snack, QuikTrip really gives out their name to you.Especially if you're on vacation or new to the city, check this place out. The nostalgia of QuikTrip never runs out! Hands down a great gas station! Will always stop here when making the trip to Wichita. They need more quiktrips outside of the... city! Get rid of the trash(quickstop) and replace them with QTs Read more
Great store, friendly staff, clean, and well stocked with lots of goodies. Plus, they?ve got quality gasoline, and a car wash... next door. The best part of this location, there?s parking on both sides of the building and an entrance on each side. Thisprevents excessive traffic around the gas tanks. Love it! Highly recommend! Read more
I love this Q.T.! The staff especially! I can tell that their kindness is genuine and they like it there! Though it's called... "Quick" Trip, they seem to take the time to at least make eye contact or interact on some levels. One time we almost walked outwithout our pretzel that was still in the process of cooking and the dude that checked us out reminded us about it as we werewalking out the door during morning rush. The assistant manager Teona H was running register. As usual the line steps up to each side of the register. She assists... customer on left, then the girl on the left. She then assists the 2 boys on the left. I step up to the right side. She finisheseach boy on the left and proceeds to also assist the person behind them while I'm standing there waiting. For several minutesnot even acknowledging me. Eventually the girl from Cafe comes to assist rings out 2 customers in line then finally assists me.Meanwhile the ASSISTANT MANAGER is still helping the FedEx guy with the corporate card. Unbelievablely terrible service withoutany empathy. Read more
