I had a positive experience shopping at this quick trip sadly at 11:30pm I left my phone behind and I called the store and... politely said hello no response I said hello again I said can you hear me I could clearly hear the woman who checked me outmoving around. I told her please this is not funny I am calling because I left my phone behind. All I heard was shuffling noresponse I said hello hello please. I hung up then I called back 3 times and she hung up immediately three times. Then thefourth call she answered and immediately politely put me on hold and I hung up. Two separate trips to quiktrip today, at one point an employee was behind the counter eating and helping guests without a mask,... then she was behind the kitchen counter without the mask making food for customers. Another employee on the second trip also didnot have a mask, and they were directly dealing with guests as well at the register. Even if they were vaccinated, they wouldstill be able to be covid carriers. What happened to the mask policy for this company? Sad I'd rather go to some whole in thewall gas station instead. Normally I would give a 5 star but this location doesn?t pay attention to lines at register or who was next in line, and I... understand that the floors have to get cleaned during business hours but an excuse me instead of almost running you over wouldbe nice, the staff before 8am is the best at this location. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had a negative experience at Quiktrip other than the rare occasion that the tea I drink is... out. If so, they take care of it immediately and give me a coupon for a free drink of my choice for next time and they don'tcharge me for the one I get at the time ( usually I wait for the new tea to brew but if I'm in a hurry I get something elsewhich isn't a big deal because they have so many choices. ) They are above and beyond in every way.
