What can I say you can't beat Popeye's Chicken always good chicken. Service wasn't bad didn't wait long which surprised me. ... I've eaten at Popeyes many times over the years and normally stand at the counter forever but the last few times they've steppedup their counter service. I don't do drive-thru too much I like to go inside even when I'm getting to go. Chicken was greatpackaging was great service was also good stuff. Read more

I use to frequent Popeyes regularly, mainly because how much we enjoyed the food when the franchise first opened up in Wichita.... Unfortunately, the last two or three time I patronized the fast food chain I it was clear that the quality of their food wassuffering, plus portion size had decreased and price increased. I probably wouldn?t write a negative review based on that alone,but the last time I visited the North Broadway location I was completely disappointed with the service I received and the food.The window attendant got rude when I pointed out my order was incorrect and even argued that my order was exactly as I placedit. There was no Manager around to help defuse the conflict so I was stuck with an incorrect order. Note: I even apologized if Ihad in fact made the error and she was still insistent on trying to make me feel in the wrong. Drive thru only available. Food and service great, but navigating around homeless people laying on sidewalks and in the parking... lot is a task. Constantly accosting you and getting angry if you don't give them money (have offered to buy them food-but theyonly want money). Makes it hard to go to this location. Read more
