It would have been 5 stars all the way. But the size of the chicken strips were very small. I Guess the next time , I will just... order regular chicken. The mashed potatoes seemed to be different, they had a powder mashed potatoes flavor. They normally havethe best mashed potatoes around town. The BBQ sauce is incredible. There?s no better fast food chicken sandwich than Popeye?s spicy chicken sandwich. Delicious. I almost rated this experience as... a 4 because of the wait. It took awhile but the delicious food made up for the delay of instant gratification. Keep the qualityup ? and it?s worth the wait. I continue to eat here, usually take out 11/5/22 we ate inside. Clean as anticipated. Plus thefriendly staff made us feel at home. I purchased the strips and asked for the spicy chicken sandwich?s spicy mayo for my dippingsauce. Delicious as always. Read more
The wait time for the drive-thru is wack. The line is almost to Central every time I've been and it takes 20-30 minutes to get... to the window. They run out of food quick and then you wasted your time waiting. Staff usually seems annoyed. Read more

Went to the drive through. I was in line for 20 minutes. Which wasn't bad except that I got up to order and they had no mac and... cheese no ranch. I ordered spicy chicken tenders with barbecue sauce (since they had no ranch) I get my food I go home. Chickentenders were regular chicken tenders and they gave me some sweet heat dipping sauce. That is nasty btw. I was going to call andcomplain but I figured it wasn't worth wasting my breath. I just won't go back. Read more
This location can and really needs to do better. It?s ridiculous to have your guest wait in line 20-30 minutes. If the staff... here can?t get it together and be organized, ready to serve then you need to fire and rehire individuals who can and will bring100% to the business. I have nothing bad to say about this location. Went in about a week or more ago and food was hot and being prepared as I got... there which was great because I was running a bit behind. Sauce was non existent aside from Mardi Gras mustard which wasn't abig deal at all because the manager was beyond hospitable and very courteous. He even gave my son and I some free drinks for thewait. That to me is real service and I really did appreciate that. Read more
