My workplace ordered food "to go." I ordered from their online menu off the lunch special. When the food was picked up, I was... overly charged. When I called the restaurant asking why my lunch special was $10.99 when the online menu says $5.79... I wastold they do not have a menu online. ???? I was looking right at it, and they proceed to say that they have know idea whatwebsite I'm looking at because there is no menu online. What I joke! And the food was not even that good. Read more

This was by far the worst experience of my life! The staff was rude as hell and acted like they didn't care. Our waitress asked... very specific questions about how myself and my family wanted the food we ordered. But yet it all still came out wrong. Thenwhen we asked her to correct her mistakes she got an attitude and was even more rude. To the point that I was nervous to tellher she had my food wrong because I can't eat red sauce. So my family spoke up and she rolled her eyes like we was a problem toher. At this point I lost my appetite and didn't even eat! They are NOT friendly oriented people. Horriable fajita they brought out a full dry streak you had to cut yourself on a family shrimp and fajita deal for 70 bucks and... only 3 tortilla you had to wait for more tortilla which there was time for waiting on shell. Then they laugh when you ask foryour card it. Almost seem like a scam. 1 star is way to much. I have never seen service like this. 70 bucks for 3 people and youcant even get enough food. The food was grouse and dry and server needed punched in the face. Who laughs when u ask to tab out.And had his mgr. Check you out. They never even brought out a check to see it. Great service (Aldo rocked) but....Meh. The same ingredients as many other places near downtown/Delano, but no taste. Like the... meat wasn't marinated or seasoned. Not often we don't clean our plates. Lots of larger groups here. Read more
Do not order online as they will overcharge and lie about it if you question them. They are stealing from people. Also their... last health inspection showed 7 violations, 2021 inspection showed 10 violations, 2020 showed 13 violations. A restaurant with 0dignity. Shame because the food is usually good too.
