Quick delivery, pizza I ordered was just not edible. Would prefer another edible pizza. I had to throw away after one slice,... or square. Sorry, it just was awful. RW Read more
We drive past 2 other pizza hut's to come to this one. 9 out of 10 times our pizza is incredibly fresh, well made and delicious.
Unless you like your pizza cold and the food preparers vaping inside around the food then I would recommend you go elsewhere
I had an issue with the quality of pizza, and within a day I received a call from the manager to apologize and find out exactly... what the problem was so that he could make sure that his new staff had an opportunity to correct it in the future. No otherpizza hut has ever cared about an issue enough to actually reach out. Will absolutely be returning to this Pizza Hut,especially since this was the only time it hadn't been perfect. Read more
Called in an order for a large thin n crispy Supreme. The pizza arrived onto e and hot but was WAYU DERCOOKED! After two... pieces I realized the pizza was making me sick. I had to throw the rest away $30 wasted!). I never have this problem at Mapleand Maize location. U fortunately they don?t deliver to my location. Read more
I picked up my order inside. The staff greeted me and was very friendly. The little gal that rang up my order had a big bright... friendly smile. How that smile affected the rest of the transaction, a smile really does make a difference. There was a tiny galbehind the counter also, she did greet me, but she wasn't smiling at all, just all business. I got there right when they wereslicing my pizza, so it was nice and hot, and prepared as I had ordered. The wings where ok, they were not completely coatedwith sauce, it was as they had poured the sauce in the bowl first and didn't shake the wings in it. Maybe that is how they aresupposed to do it, and you the customer shake it. Read more
