I gave this place a poor review several years ago. Well, I thought I would give them another shot. They are MUCH improved since... I visited them last time. I enjoyed the rare beef pho. The quality of the meat was lacking as there was more fat in it than Iwould like. But overall it was pretty good. I also had the spring rolls. They were very good also. I will return again. Read more

This is our second time going to Pho Cao and it's our new favorite place for Asian food on the west side. My wife and I lived in... Asia for several years and are brought back to that time every time we come. We enjoy starting with Banh Mi, Banh Xeo, andSpring rolls, and closing out a bowl of Pho to split. I went last night with my partner and their sibling - if you want to go, you definitely should! The waitress was super sweet and... knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out fast, portion sizes were wonderful, and the pho was excellent! My partner and Iboth have a wheat allergy, so the fact that there were so many options we could have were great!
