This location is NOT serving Papa John's pizza. This came out tasting like cheap frozen pizza. Crazy thing is other Papa John... locations taste completely different. I order Papa John?s frequently and recently received a free two topping pizza because PJ?s said there last delivery time did not... beat their standards? For my part, I didn?t notice they were late nor did I complain, this was one of the tastiest unexpectedapologies I?ve ever received. Hands down, PJ?s is my favorite pizza and this helped solidify future orders from myhome. Thanks for such a great policy! And for all the Negative Nancy?s here, my pizza arrived 15 minutes early! Literally have always had a good experience with them, however today the website stopped working and when I tried to called it... took me calling three times before someone answered, also the hold music while waiting to talk to a person is terrible. Made mewant to cry so awful. Then when someone finally did pick up the phone, I guess she had never heard of customer service becauseshe was so rude. The pizza took almost 2 hours to get here which is fine on certain days but don?t tell me 30 minutes if it?s not true. When it... did get here it was COLD. when I looked on the app to track where the heck the pizza was it only said it was on the way. FOR ANHOUR! I live five minutes away. Placed an order at 6:22pm. Was told it would take 25 -35 minutes to be delivered. I called at 7:15pm when my order still had not... been delivered and was told my order was the "next to go out" Cool.. its going to be hot and fresh right????..My pizza wasdelivered at 7 :40. It was cold and the cheese was hard and waxy.. We were excited to try their New York Style Pizza.. But it isjust like all their other pizza's.. Don't waste your time or money. Just like many of the reviews here, bad service, bad delivery service, the management doesn't care either lacking the cognitive... ability to have a reasonable conversation, instead just repeated "you good bro?" When I was asking for information about thepizza we ordered 2 hours prior. Granted this was on Black Friday, so I understand if they got majorly behind, I wasn't evenupset about the timeframe, I was just trying to inquire when the pizza might get there, but he couldn't even help with that.
