The staff was rude and didn't allow me to order a 3rd meal, too busy pushing me along to get my complete order. They also left... out part our order. We had requested 3 orders of rangoon and only received 1. The entree portions were smaller than we havereceived at other locations and the food looked old and wilted. We will not be returning. The food was delicious I personally ate the spicy Beijing beef. I tried the Rangoons & was disappointed to find out they were... not crab they just taste like cream cheese. So a worker left the bathroom without washing her hands. Before she served our food my husband whom I told this too asked her to... wash her hands first. She instead put on gloves and told us that " some workers don't wash their hands, we wear gloves instead"and proceeded to put on gloves. My husband insisted she wash them anyways and she did. However, if I hadnt been in the bathroomwith her we would not have known this. That is absolutely disgusting and if that is truly ok for the employees to do then wewill definitely never be going there again and suggest no one does either unless they are ok with the possibility of feces beingin their food. The only thing that has changed from my original comment below is, I enjoy the String Bean Chicken with white rice. Have added... it to my Chicken Egg Roll order. I would give 5 stars if the egg rolls were hot every time. Never been inside. Drive throughmenu clear and easy to decipher. Can actually understand what is said over the speaker. Based on the many cars always in thedrive through, the menu must be popular with the average Midwesterner. Only get Spring & Egg Rolls here. They are perfect when Icrave the fried, not too greasy American take on Asian food. The staff are always peppy and nice. Read more
Well, normally I like Panda Express, but after ordering our food the register went down she tried a couple of time asked the... manager and he had no luck so told us we had to pay with cash which no one in our family had. So no apology no offer of adiscount for your next visit no nothing just yhem looking at us looking at them. I would have tried rebooting the registerbefore saying can you pay in cash. All in all though the no apology bothers me the most. Read more

Girl at the drive thru was super rude, and then she cried because we wanted sauce with my $23 purchase of food. I'm pretty sure... she legitimately shed a tear over it. Her name was Mallory according to the receipt. Very poor customer service skills,definitely will not return to this location. Read more
