This place was on top of their game. Everything was exactly as expected. Very delicious, great atmosphere, wonderful service,... and clean. The only food safety issue observed was the chiped dishware. Cracks in any dishes hold bacteria so they are alwaysunsafe. Never use dishes with any cracks in them for food. For the price I would believe they can ensure a safer diningexperience by eliminating the chiped dishware. Could have been 5 star. Read more
This was a 3 stars before and now I'm rating it at 1. Did not get our drinks order until 10 mins later and it's only water. Then... another 10 min just to take our order for the appetizers. 20 mins later just to ask what's for lunch. 40 mins before I canorder. 2 servers and 6 tables. Read more

A bit higher end on the price side, but you definitely get what you pay for. I'll forever recommend the "surprise me" roll to... anyone and everyone. We enjoyed going to Ninza for years. Some days are better than others. When they had two sushi chefs only, even though the wait... is long, we don?t mind. This weekend they had double the chef and our food arrived very quickly. We ate our quickly and didn?tpay attention. We thought some pieces didn?t taste very good. Halfway through our sashimi deluxe, I noticed that our salmonwasn?t looking too good. The sauce shouldn?t make the salmon that dark and why are there holes? We will probably not come backfor awhile unfortunately. Read more
I liked the food it was seriously good! The service was friendly and the atmosphere was very adult contemporary, quite with soft... jazz playing in the back ground. It was pretty cool, I really enjoyed it and would recommend it. Read more
This is my new go to for sushi in Wichita! They have a very expansive sushi menu from traditional rolls to more elaborate... special rolls. Prices are reasonable for the product you're getting. The dining space is open and modern. When carrying out,they have always gotten the orders right and have packaged and labeled everything well. Read more
