Y'all, I am a food service worker, so I always give extra grace to workers and customer service because I've been there done... that. This McDonald's tests my patience on another level. When I get off late shifts, this McDonald's never fails to denyserving me food claiming they can only serve drinks (this happens every time); and they will even try to wait you out at thespeaker by making you sit for 5-10 minutes with no assistance at the drive-thru just to break the news after waiting. During theday I placed a pick-up order which had a frappe on it; the worker get upset with me when I asked for the frappe to be taken offmy receipt when she said she couldn't make it because the coffee machine was down. Last night, workers placed trashcans in frontof the drive-thru speakers to avoid having customers. It's extremely frustrating, especially since this McDonald's is so closeto campus. Read more

this is the absolute worst mcdonald?s in all of wichita. if they ask you to pull forward refuse and stay in the drive or else... you?ll be stuck waiting ages and be approached by multiple workers fumbling through different bags asking about your order. ifyou?re lucky you?ll eventually get your food, or you?ll have to go in and remind them. this has happened multiple times at thispoint, alongside a myriad of other issues. I thought the Andover McDonald?s was the worst but boy was I wrong. This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever ate at, congrats N... Hillside. Whoever your gm is should be fired for letting such incompetent people make food for consumers. My whole order wasdisgusting and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for 3 hours. Burger, fries, & nuggets were cold and disgusting. Ishould?ve went and got my money back but I didn?t feel like going back and dealing with such incompetent employees, the drivethru manager rushed me out of the drive thru when I was asking if my tea was made right and she straight up lied to my face.There was no Splenda nor lemon in my tea. Drive thru line was long so went in. Was at the counter behind another customer and cashier walked away before taking my order.... So I placed my order at the kiosk but since I was paying with cash I had to go back to the counter. Waited 10 minutes beforecashier came back and she proceeded to address the customer behind me instead. So I left very upset. Even 2 swing managerspassed by and didn't bother to acknowledge me. Got there and the drive through menu wasn't up just the person who ordered beforehand their order, and when asked to show the... menu nobody answered so I went to the other drive thru and it was the exact same thing except this time the employee talked tous as if we were speaking stupid and said we couldnt be understood. So I then went inside, I waited 10 minutes before even beingacknowledged then another couple of minutes before being waited on, all while the employees were carrying on personalconversations and cutting up with each other. Then I waited another 15 minutes just for my order. Customers should not have towait that long to be acknowledged and their orders and they also should not be talked to rudely. Not only that but it clearlystates that they close at 11 pm not 9 or 10 or whenever they want to close because if that's the case then change it online.This is the worse McDonald's I have ever come across. The food was great. Service was a little slow and you couldn't get him to understand what you was trying to talk to him about.... But in the end we got what we wanted and of course it was a great meal like always. McD's kicked out their killer food. LoveMcDonald's!! Read more
