This place really needs to get their stuff together! Their hours online and in the store window says they are open 24hrs and yet... they tell me at 4:30 am that they aren't taking orders and don't have any food ready yet! But yet they are steady acceptingdoordash orders! How?! They aren't taking orders and have no food ready! Excuse the long explanation. Initial order was placed, but there was miss communication between myself & staff taking order.... Granted the customization was new to me as well. Ended up having to go back a while later abd the manager that helped me at thatpoint she made it right plus some. Thank you! Read more
Dirty and nasty. Everything needs cleaned. We had the joy if eating right next to the mop bucket, which could have been utilized... to actually clean something, since the floor needed mopped bad. I had forgotten this was a Lane Industries store until it wastoo late. We all know they have the worst stores in town. Read more
I go to any McDonalds with tempered expectations but this particular location fails to meet even the lowest of standards. I... placed an order to go, which took about 10 minutes to get. I left and opened the bag and it was wrong. I went back to see ifthey could get it right and it took so long, I just gave up. Trying to buy a simple menu item turned into 30 minutes offrustration, and the manager didn?t even apologize. Never Again! Read more
It would be nice if the individual taking orders spoke English. I must of repeated my order more than 8 times at the speaker... and at the window. After reviewing the receipt, it was still wrong. Unbelievable how some of these places are managed. Thefood was average at best for a McDonald's. The fries were hardly edible and this is being generous with my comments. Read more
It never fails around 2am they are either "out of food" or thier computers down this is the 4th time this has happened in a... month range... very disappointing. On top of that, I was waiting at the drive thru waiting for them to take my order... I'mwaiting and waiting, I've said hello a few times nothing!! Drove to the window and she just glared at me....I asked if you wereopened and she just said yes but our computer is down.... and said to me, you need to go to the other McDonald's down theroad... They intentionally ignore customers on night shift. I just spent 30 minutes in drive thru and the girl kept shutting her headset... off. I have a hungry baby in the car we just got back from a long trip. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. They have ZERO work ethic! Read more
