All of my orders, whether online or in person get messed up... i know the mascot is a clown... but the employees too?

If any you get 0Stars. Waiting at the speaker box for 10 MINUTES. never got an answer the only reason was stayed was already... paid for mobile order. Sat at the window for 5 more minutes to then be ANSWERED at the window. They took our order then tookanother 10 minutes to give us our order and almost forgot the drink saw three burgers and called it good almost got home halfwayacross town only to noice my HOTn Spicy MCChicjen with extra mayo only to get a CHEESBURWith Only Krtchup. Called to get thatfixed only to be answered monotone. So what did we forget and then you can come and get it fixed. Terrible service 30+ minutesin a drive through ridiculous. Sitting in the drive thru during lunch time on a Tuesday 10-12-2021 about 12:18pm I look in the window and see this huge mess... all over the floor. No one is even around to guard or watch other employees so they don?t fall. I?m not how long this has beenhere but for the 10 minutes I waited you would think someone would have gotten this cleaned up. On to my order which was notright at all. Plus after waiting to get cold fries. There?s nothing worse than cold fries ????! I literally have not been to aMcDonald?s in months guess I didn?t miss anything. Read more
Yeah often times my order if messed up or damaged. Nice friendly people though and a nice place to chill and eat.
