The food is always good here. That is no question. Their catering menu prices need updated. I ordered over the phone, $309... (before tax) in food (according to their menu prices) and was charged $373. I only found this out upon delivery of the food andtime to sign for the charge. That was a bit of a surprise, but I do understand that the menu says prices are subject to changewithout notice. It just would have been nice of them to give me a total when ordering if it was going to be different thantheir advertised prices. Then they were 30 minutes late in delivering the food based on my requested delivery and still chargedme the $40 delivery fee. I had to call to inquire when they were 15 minutes late only to get a response that "we are stillworking on it". The food is worth it so what can you do? Read more

They don't offer dine-in. I left without getting food as there was no service. I have always enjoyed their food so disappointed... that we didn't get any this time Read more

It may not be the best Italian food in Wichita, but for the prices it's well worth it. Everything is well seasoned and you... definitely get your money's worth. Read more

Tried Marchello's for the first time today, Lunch. Ordered Spaghetti and meatballs with marinara over angel hair. Food was,... OK, probably worth the price, which wasn't bad. The delivery, on the other hand, was kind of a joke. First, they charge youmore to deliver a single order to a business than a residence. $3 for residence, $4 for business. While its only $1, theprincipal is ridiculous. Was promised my food WITHIN the hour (which would have been 40 minutes), instead received it over anhour later. Additionally, the driver took it to the wrong address. I will go there again in a pinch if I'm close, butdefinitely dine-in or carry out. Read more

If you order over the phone, make sure they read your order back to you! The employee who answered originally wasn't very... friendly and I do recall the attitudes they had when I had a carry out order a few weeks ago. This time, I ordered a largepepperoni and was delivered a large Marchello's. I called back and the employee who answered said they would bring the correctpizza out and an order of breadsticks for the difference. She even called me right back to verify I was wanting a largepepperoni pizza. Waited over an hour for the correct pizza and then was just delivered the order of breadsticks. I called againand spoke with the owner who said I ordered the Marchello pizza and he said "what do you want me to do"?? I told him I wantedthe pizza I ordered and he said he wanted his pizza back. This was also 15 minutes before closing tonight. This was my secondtime ordering from them and the first time didn't have a problem, but will never order again. The owner didn't want to own up totheir mistake and was rude. I was going to go pick up the correct pizza and take his back but decided not to, thinking theymight do something crazy to it. Being a local company and wanting a good review or returning customer, you would think hewould've wanted to correct this without being rude. I know there are people out there who may not have been able to order over$50 in food with a tip and delivery fee and if this would've happened to them, this guy wouldn't have even cared. So I willdefinitely not be ordering from this restaurant again! Read more

We planned to take Mom there for her birthday. I called to make sure of the hours. I mentioned jokingly that Mom wasn't sure... they had indoor dining any more. Only then did the man on the phone admit they didn't. The ad says Dine in. For goodness sake,It's almost September of 2022! Don't you think they might mention the fact that a formerly full service restaurant won't let youin any more? Read more

I?m relatively new to Wichita and this was my first time trying Marchello?s (take out), and I have to say I think I may have... found a new favorite place! We had the Romano pasta and Alfredo pasta, and both exceeded expectations! Seasoned and cooked well, good portion size, and they didn?t hold out on the fillings. The bread was nothing to write home about- could have had moreseasoning and was under-toasted. The cannoli was good but not great because the chocolate sauce was like Nesquik syrup, andthere were no pistachios as advertised. But overall I would definitely eat here again! Very affordable pricing. Great jobMarchello?s! Read more

The food was very tasty. Nice little Neighborhood Place. We didn't have the pizza, though I've heard great things about it. Most... of the dishes are prepared in large bowls and cooked by running them through a pizza oven. Pros and cons to that method but thedishes come out cooked and tasty in the end. All in all a great experience. I'll be bringing back more family members in thefuture. Read more
