While waiting in line, we noticed the lady making cookies had on 1 glove no hat or hair net. The gloved hand was used to touch... and use scissors and then back to touching the cookie and wax paper. She then threw paper in the trash with a non gloves hand,then used said non gloved hand to get another sheet of wax paper to place more cookie dough on. We left without purchase. Thatis disgusting. These people.do not know the meaning of sanitary. I wouldn't touch my own trash can and my own food in my ownkitchen without washing my hands first. Dang sure anit buying nothing from these fools. If I could put more than 5 stars I would. I love my car and my wife knows it. Michelle did an amazing job on my birthday cake.... My wife requested to have a replica of my car designed on the cake and that she did! Not only was it designed well it tastedgreat. I would highly recommend this cookie shop. Read more

I always take my kids here to get a treat while we are shopping. The clerks are always polite and they have beautifully... decorated cookies! I would definitely recommend, best cookies ever! Read more

My family and I have bought cookies here several times, and walked past it in the mall many times. The general vibe here is that... the customer is totally dependent on the clerk for everything, including the price of the cookies - they never have a pricelisted anywhere, making me feel that it could easily change from customer to customer - and that the clerks are, in general, toobusy talking to each other or just staring into space, to serve customers. Our latest encounter was today. My son tried to ordera cookie, but was ignored for a couple of minutes. Then the clerk served him, took his money, and went back to applying icing ona product - all with the same gloves on. Rather disturbing, unless you're a huge germ fan. This is just about the mostanti-customer shop I've ever seen. Customer service is huge, so it would be really nice to see them post prices instead ofmaking them a big secret, and hire better employees, though they do have one (out of many) who is really good. The product ispretty standard. I prefer to get my cookies from Subway, where prices are clearly listed and all employees are aware of how tobe sanitary and actually serve customers. Read more

Placed an online order around 10:30 am. When choosing a time I was able to set it for the same day at 4:30. I received a call at... 4:15 stating they just saw the Oder and needed 24 hours notice for a square cake. Why is this not stated when ordering thecookie?! The employee was able to substitute for a smaller round with regular cookies....I guess that will be okay ???? Read more
