We sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and the line barely moved. My wife finally went inside to get a drink and there... were two younger guys just talking to each other and one older lady trying to do everything herself. Well first off the front counter worker Aaron has terrible customer service skills and was wearing cut off gloves so I know he... doesn't wash his hands. Second he grabbed my cup and lid by the part where I drink. He was rude and rushful and didn't offer adrink knowing the drinks are sold separately. He was very off puting and made customers uncomfortable including myself and mydate. I would give 0 stars just due to his vibe on when I entered the store. The food wasnt the best, the green beans leaked everywhere, the oyster bites had no flavor, the fish and the chicken where only... decent part of the meal we got. They did fix one of the sides cause it was wrong and where nice but the food wasnt worth what wepaid. We brought the issue up with uber eats who we ordered from for us to pick up from this location. This was my 1st visit to a LJS in many years due to the lack of locations. I wish Wichita had more of them. The food was exactly... like I remembered though. I don't care what anyone says, there's just something about that fried flavor. Read more
