Its been over a decade since i been able to eat one of these pizzas. You can find good topings all over the united states, but... what you are going to have a hard time finding is dough that can beat Knollas. I worked here 12 years ago and ive worked atpizza resturants in 5 states from the north west to down south...no body beats knollas dough. Darinda you Rock! Keep up the goodwork. BEST pizza in Wichita - so so good - and best delivery service! They were amazingly fast this time and we were in the garden.... The delivery person, Lucas, was wonderful. He heard us in the garden and delivered our pizza there with a smile and an amazinglygood natured attitude. He was very gracious and shrugged off our apologies for leaving him at the door. This review is not about the food. It is good. I ordered a Mac n Cheese pizza and was told 30-35 minutes. Once I got there I... paid for it then was told they were out of it for 2nd time in 3 orders. They refunded the money but it is way not cool that theyaccepted order and let me drive all the way there before I was told they were out. My biggest question is how can you run out ofpasta? This is my favorite pizza in Wichita & this location is for sure the best knollas. Never disappoints! I love their pizza so much... I had them cater my wedding, they handled everything & had a great attitude. All of my wedding guests enjoyed the employees aswell, they were a welcome addition to our big day! Read more
This is hands down the best pizza place in Kansas. The crust is perfectly crunchy on the bottom, but soft on the top, which I... have never had anywhere else for a thick crust pizza. The sauce is never to little or much, the cheeses are perfect, and it isoverall way more filling than regular pizza. Just one of their largest pizzas filled three grown men for dinner who hadn't eatenin over 12 hours and were famished. The servers are amazing and the wait is minimal, I've never waited more than 20 minutes fora fresh pizza. The pizza is also really good still leftover, as everytime I come here I have plenty left for the next day. Myfamily loves this place so much I have driven 2 hours to bring pizza home to them before and probably will end up doing the sameagain. I have taken friends here before and they were seriously surprised they had never heard of this place before with howamazing the service and food were. This was the most amazing pizza I have had in a long while. I ordered a large Chicago style Works pizza with double everything.... This pizza was made just the way I wanted. A thick layer of toppings on a thin crunchy crust that supports the slice despite thesize. The crust was a perfect blend of crunchy outer crust with a soft interior. Was this a $30 pizza? Yes.
