Food tastes great, always hot and fresh BUT...the drive thru person at the KFC at Woodlawn and Harry need to pay better... attention to what they are doing. 3 times recently I have went through their drive thru close to their quitting time. I ordermashed potatoes n gravy and Mac and cheese everytime and I get down the road to find no plasticware to eat it with! Irritating! Read more

I have never once had a good experience with this location, wether they refuse to give you your sides, or take upwards of an... hour to get your order done. Most recently I went to pick up an online order and when I got there I was told they threw out allof their tenders. 20 minutes before they close. Yeah. Read more

I'm visiting from Texas and we decided that we wanted KFC while we watched the football tonight. I had the most pleasant... experience with the gentleman named Ron who worked the drive thru. He was so nice and polite and nowadays after COVID, you getsome of the worst of the worst taking your orders at fast food establishments. This man deserves his flowers because he made meand my boyfriend's evening with his graciousness. Thank you Ron for the best treatment we've ever received in a very very longtime!!!! Blonde fat girl customer service sucks everytime I go there she always has attitude and refuse to give me sauce and ignore us. ... She assume our orders and making us wait and never responded. She works there full time and man she always there with the worstcustomer service. Take her off the drive thru or fire her...cause she act like she can't do stuff..when it's her job. Read more

It's just amazing that you ask 3 times you want 2 butters and when she hands my food to me I asked the 3rd time and she says... yes. Guess what? 1 butter. What was so hard about putting 2 butters in my meal? Read more

Service was definitely lacking. All the employees were in the back yelling and cussing at each other so loud you could hear it... in the seating area. The food was ok, but not proportioned right as we have ate at other KFC's. It was just thrown together withno care. To me there needs to be better training to support management and better training to the staff. I won't be returning tothis KFC any time soon. Read more

Very disappointing. I went inside to order. First the cashier couldn't figure out how to ring up a chicken strip dinner. He... kept trying & trying. Eventually he was successful but it took a long time. Then they served the drive through cars before thepeople inside even though a number of the cars came later. Yes, I was watching the cars. When I finally got my food I checkedit and 2 things were missing. They acted annoyed when I asked for the missing items. I won't be going back. Read more
