Check your orders. Does not matter if not busy. It was the worst chicken I have ever had from KFC. It was soggy and super... greasy! They messed up my order, it was incomplete and they refused a refund on what they missed. She said "it's my inventory",what about what WE PAID FOR! AND PLEASE UNHANG YOUR PHONES! I CALLED AND CALLED AND LINE WAS BUSY ALL DAY! Yes, ALL DAY! I amthinking it's due to all the mistakes they make. They really put no effort on doing their job! The staff is friendly, but make sure you get there at least an hour before they close or the menu items may be limited (unless... you don't mind waiting) prices are still good for the quantity compared to other fast food places lately. Read more
Five times in the last month, I've gone to this place on my lunch break around 8 pm only to be told they are out of chicken. I... love me some bird, but this is the worst managed KFC in Wichita. I'm sure the owners of the Chick-N-Max a block away give youcredit for making their business so successful. Read more
Wow, can I think anything less of this place. I literally ordered $168 worth of food and in front of everyone no less than 4... times the older lady in a red shirt 8/28 @ 6:20pm complained that people should not be allowed to order this much. I remainedquiet. When I was given my food she openly complained that this left nothing for other customers and I said I felt it was rudeto talk about customers this way that spent so much money. She got mad and went to food line and began complaining to her staffagain. I asked ... is this all my food. She ignored me. I walked to my truck with my food and 3 mins later another customertapped on my window. Sir they have more of you food inside. I went back in for 3 large bags. The customer stated this wasridiculous. You could tell her younger staff were embarrassed and apologized. She should not be allowed to work with customersperiod. Read more
We were there during lunch hour, so I understand being busy. My husband got his food about 10 min before so I had to go wait and... ask about my food to be replied with a very rude response. Followed by the lady in the kitchen cussing "can't they see that theyare getting our f@#$ing a$$es handed to us?" Then my food was not the best when it did come out. I ordered a family meal and a chicken sandwich. Had to go back through the line to get my chicken sandwich because they forgot... it. Got home and all of the chicken was soggy and all the breading was stuck together and coming off the chicken, they didn'tinclude my extra gravy I ordered. I paid 40.00 and literally don't even want to eat this. The picture is after I put the chickenin the oven trying to make it even a little crispy. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
I get my son his chicken strips here, and from the one on 21st and Ridge. I remember a few years back when ordering, the chicken... strips would be at the very least 5 in long. They were HUGE, thick, juicy and very filling. Now, they look like the size ofchicken nuggets. It's a joke. I constantly have to park my car, check the contents of my box, and usually go back inside to showthe cashier how ridiculously small these so-called 'strips' are. The upside is they always overcompensate and are very generouswhen you point it out. It's just such a rip-off, it seems like they're the same sized strips for their little slider sandwiches.The dinner size chicken strips should not be the same size as their sliders. Read more
The one on west street is horrible. I waited over 30 minutes for my food and two people that came in after me got there food... befor me. Then they tell me they had no biscuits and they would give me cookies,well cookies came with the meal. The biscuitswhen I did get them wasn't done and nasty.
