Check your orders. Does not matter if not busy. It was the worst chicken I have ever had from KFC. It was soggy and super... greasy! They messed up my order, it was incomplete and they refused a refund on what they missed. She said "it's my inventory",what about what WE PAID FOR! AND PLEASE UNHANG YOUR PHONES! I CALLED AND CALLED AND LINE WAS BUSY ALL DAY! Yes, ALL DAY! I amthinking it's due to all the mistakes they make. They really put no effort on doing their job! The staff is friendly, but make sure you get there at least an hour before they close or the menu items may be limited (unless... you don't mind waiting) prices are still good for the quantity compared to other fast food places lately. Read more
Five times in the last month, I've gone to this place on my lunch break around 8 pm only to be told they are out of chicken. I... love me some bird, but this is the worst managed KFC in Wichita. I'm sure the owners of the Chick-N-Max a block away give youcredit for making their business so successful. Read more
Wow, can I think anything less of this place. I literally ordered $168 worth of food and in front of everyone no less than 4... times the older lady in a red shirt 8/28 @ 6:20pm complained that people should not be allowed to order this much. I remainedquiet. When I was given my food she openly complained that this left nothing for other customers and I said I felt it was rudeto talk about customers this way that spent so much money. She got mad and went to food line and began complaining to her staffagain. I asked ... is this all my food. She ignored me. I walked to my truck with my food and 3 mins later another customertapped on my window. Sir they have more of you food inside. I went back in for 3 large bags. The customer stated this wasridiculous.
