This is WORST Jimmy John?s location I?ve ever seen. Do not ever order delivery from this store unless you are okay waiting for... 2hours even if you pre order for a certain time. The time management for this location is awful. This has happened to me twice.If you also call, they will not it answer and if they do, they will answer and immediately hang up. Terrible customer service. The other Rock Road location however is lovely and worth the order! Read more
Worst service EVER!! 3RD TIME! Either the person on the phone doesn't take down your order properly, or they put you on hold... just to hang up on you, or even worst, you have to call back to see why you were hung up on and who you spoke too and Noone hasan answer for you. I made an online order for asap and pickup. No one called, texted or emailed me when it was ready. It was just sitting on the... shelf for who knows how long.
