I can remember going here in the past and it was packed during lunch time. At 1145 we were the only ones there. We ordered to... eat in and I noticed the place had a bad oder. We sat in a booth and it was dirty and the top was sticky. Your arm would stickto it. I checked the other tables and noticed they were the same. Now I know why it?s no longer packed. Almost every location we've been to for Jimmy John's has been remarkably consistent in terms of quality and taste. This location... was no different. Employees were friendly, got our food quickly, and the food was exceptional. It's our favorite sandwich chain. Read more
Got a notification my order was out for delivery.... going on 50 min. They only deliver a mile radius so what happened to freaky... fast. Update: got it a hour after, delivery driver was very rude when I asked if it?s gonna be soggy and he just drove off. Asa weekly customer here at this store i will never order here again. So I never had Jimmy John's before a couple months ago, honestly I was a die hard subway fan from it being the only sandwich... place near Augusta. After moving to town they have done nothing but get every single order correct and delivered in a timelymanner. I've work in food, serving and delivery, and it is not fun or exciting work but I don't have a single complaint aboutthe staff. They smile and they are currently working and making our food, you don't have to like the way they look or act butrespect them for trying. I would suggest however that you use the app to remove any issue of human error. You then only leaveone person to read a screen, I assume, and create it. Easy, done, 15 minutes max. Clean store. Staff was friendly. Took a lil longer for my sandwiches and I didn't get cheese on my Billy club ????.
