Slow service if you dine in. I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips + fries. She didn't give me a receipt, which was odd, bit no big... deal. Then I waited for 20 minutes. I went up to the counter to ask, and they had trouble finding my order, and not having areceipt created some confusion. I stood at the counter for maybe 5 more minutes and they finally got my food out. My wife met upwith me and the same thing happened to her. She waited 15 minutes and they hadn't even started the order yet. The restaurantwasn't busy and the drive through line was empty, so I don't know what their excuse is Read more
On my last 2 visits it takes 25 minutes to get thru the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me! I?m done
I went inside to eat beacuse i have a two year old. I watched how they had my meal ready to go for me and my wife and son. They... then decided thier drive through time was too high, so they pieced out our meal to give to ppl in drive through. Ordered the ultimate burrito, got it brought to my table - no salsa. I get up and ask if they have any, and he tells me they're... out.... I get it. It's been hard to get supplies here recently, but maybe you should tell people when they order. I had to go acouple doors down to QuikTrip to get salsa. Very sad experience. Wasn?t ?fast food? we waited about 10 minutes . It was already 2 people already waiting ahead of me .... People in front drove away due to long wait time. I have not eaten at a Hardee's in years, but I was driving past and decided to try the burgers and food. I ordered a bacon Angus... burger and it was delicious,; also I was impressed with the fries. The customer service was outstanding at the drive-thru and Ireceived my food quickly and the food was hot. I recommend this Hardees location. Read more
