Tried a one time order for I'll aging parents which you have to sign up for a subscription. They didn't like them and couldn't... eat them. I have tried for over a week, sent 3 emails, called over 3 times left messages to cancel yet was charged again andafter over 7 days of trying to get ahold of someone still no return message or call. I even tried Genesis Corpate number 4 daysago and they said they would find out who to talk to and return my call which didn't happen. I assume food will be delivered andwill have to be thrown out and wasted. The FAQ's on the website say cancel any time if you don't like. That is a lie!! Read more

These meals are not good, steak was super tough and had no flavor. The breakfast sandwich?s were smushy some were vacuumed... packed others weren?t. Big waste of money! When I complained they told me they couldn?t do anything that the shipping cost themover $50. DONT WADTE YOUR MONEY. Try Factor it?s good food! Read more

be careful if you make a one-time order because it's actually a subscription (even if they make you believe it's a one-time... order). once they charge you and send another batch of meals that you don't want, they will ghost you and not refund you yourmoney. customer service is terrible and impossible to get a hold of anybody. Very impressed! Great variety! We went to the strict diet choices to prep for summer and they were still delicious! Expected... them to be bland and basic but they were quite the opposite!
