One of the best burgers in town! The meat is freshly made and not frozen patties that have been thawed out. Their burgers are... huge and a single with fries are plenty for me. I love how you can add whatever toppings to your liking. Speaking of theirfries. Their real fresh cut fries made fresh. A small order can feed a family of four! The food was great. Always love this place. The pop machine was way to advanced for me and hurt my head but was cool... af....sooooooooo many options. The fries were amazing as always and soooo many of them. The burgers were great as always. Read more

This a waste of $... ordered 3 single bacon cheese burgers, 1 double bacon cheese burger and 1 grilled cheese. Only thing they... got right was the grilled cheese. All burgers were doubles, none had any bacon, all were cold, and they only got the condimentsright on the plain burger. They attempted to make it right, gave an option to remake our order, or give us sides of bacon. Tookthe sides of bacon due to the lunch rush starting (we got there before the rush) and it took a long time to get it wrong thefirst time when they only had to worry about 5 orders. The bacon was so over cooked, it was like chewing glass. $70 for allthis? It would have been cheaper, and more fulfilling to go to McDonald's..... they at least know bacon cheese burgers come withbacon. My advice? Stay away from 5 guys, at least the one on N. Rock Rd. Only reason they get 1 star is because that is thelowest it will go. Read more
Maize location=zero stars....I ordered a hamburger with pickle and mustard only...it took over 25 minutes on one hamburger for... $8.50. Got the order to go, got home it had ketchup, lettuce and onion....but the order ticket was correct...I called thelocation explained if I could come by tomorrow and get the correct order that I paid for...the manager told me that was nottheir policy...and another manager called me back...very nice and told me he would mail me out a gift card for the mess up...okno problem...3.5 weeks later....nothing...it's not about the hamburger for me now....but we have several great places to eat onthe west side so lesson learned....GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!
