I have recently tried Fazoli's for the first time, and then I was impressed so I've been back multiple times since then. Every... time I go the service is good and my order is fresh and delicious. I have had multiple consistently good experiences here soevery time my diet allows for a cheat day, I'll most likely be back. It really sucks to waste a cheat day on something that'sdisappointing, and I know Fazoli's won't disappoint. Read more
EDIT: THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL. HEALTH INSPECTOR NEEDED. I honestly am not ever coming back here. I asked the register... employee if she would recommend the meatball sub or the chicken parm sub, and she said "neither", but if she had to choose, itwould "be the meatball sub because I would never eat the chicken here." The tables are filthy, sticky and disgusting. The icedispensers at the soda machines have mold all around it. The floors are full of trash, and the area where you leave your platesis packed full of dirty dishes. I tried to wipe my table down, used some of their cleaner, and then water, and the tables arestill tacky. I pulled out a chair and my hand stuck to it. As I leave this review, I just hit 20 minutes waiting for a sandwichand a bowl of pasta, nothing else. Took 30 minutes total. ( they have a sign up that is asking for patience as they areunderstaffed, but there are only three tables in here with people at them.) My son was looking very forward to eating here andthat's why I'm not leaving, but we definitely will not be back. END EDIT. Super delicious, super friendly, great value. Read more
