I can't even rate the food because we never got to that point. This location has become worse somehow. We went in Saturday... morning around 9:15 and finally walked out 25 mins while still standing in line to order. They seemed to have plenty of peopleworking but, IMHO, they prioritize drinks and the drive thru and not dine in patrons. They only had one cashier, who was notwell trained, and was also responsible for restocking donuts. Considering the line was out the door, she should be focused onjust taking orders and picking donuts. She should have had help too. Read more

This place has gone down the toilet lately! Horrible service. NO donuts at noon! Coffee was full of grounds and not drinkable!... The prices have gone up and down depending on who was taking the order or at the window of the drive thru from day to day.Better to go to Starbucks next door. I go to this Duncan at least once a week. I have had several issues recently. My bagel bites are almost ALWAYS cold in the... middle...and my last few Breakfast sandwiches have been luke warm with cold cheese! Never enough ice in my tea either, alwayshalf melted Not appealing or worth the almost $15! Read more
This is seriously the best Dunkin? in town, heck, the whole state! Every time I come in here the crew is top tier! Their... customer service and ability to appease complicated orders is exceptional! My daughter and I have made it a habit to come in ona weekly basis to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The sitting area and bathrooms are well kept and a fresh stock of donuts isalways available. 99/10 recommend! Read more
Employees were very friendly and courteous. They offer unlimited refills on pretty much any coffee, including speciality... coffees. This is a great place to do some reading or work on your computer with no major interruptions. Very calm and coolenvironment. Read more
