We go to the 333 S. West St store. Almost every day. It was great, but the last couple times our drinks were messed up. Then... they acted like we did something wrong, which makes me suspicious that they will spit in my coffees or something. When I order acaramel iced latte I expect it to look and taste the same every single time. The inconsistencies at this store has caused me totake a break from Dunkin. Back to Starbucks we go..... Worst and slowest DD around town! I waited close to 20 minutes for my mobile order to be completed. I understand that they are... short staffed, the manager should really step up and help them out! I also watched the employee make my coffee and use wholemilk instead of oat milk like I had ordered ???? Read more
I?m gonna start off nostalgic here so bear with me. Now I remember back in the day before Dunkin Donuts left this town and was... not seen for a very long... long time. Me and my buddy would sneak out and push the car down the road a bit before starting it?you know... so the parents didn?t hear it firing up? (Which later, I found out they did. Every time!) Dunkin was our initialdestination to get a drink and some donuts. Can?t remember if they were 24 hr. operations back then? but it was late or earlywhen we hit there and never? Never, did they not have a variety of donuts to choose from. Ah? back in the day. Well, thattradition? it seems, has not been carried over to today. So far, either in the afternoon or early morning like? this morning Ihad come in and wow? No donuts. I mean it?s 15 mins to 6 am? your hours are 5 am to 8 pm. I should be seeing all the donuts orif there was a big rush? some. There weren?t even trays for the donuts. So disappointed... Yes, I was. More so when one ofthe staff was shall we say ?indifferent? to my concerns. I did get some donuts and coffee. I did not have to wait long either. And as I eat one and have a drink of my coffee? oh they are good still! I came away just... ehh. Sad the traditions of greatcustomer service is gone from here. Replaced by the machine of a production line that, sadly today, had a break down thismorning. But dang! The food is still, very good! I could rate it worse but, they got the job done. So... I am new to Wichita and, so far, haven?t had the greatest experience with the people here. I just started working at this... Dunkin, and am absolutely blown away by how nice all of my coworkers are. Not just to me, but (most importantly) to thecustomers. It?s an absolute breath of fresh air! I?ve worked at multiple McDonald?s and Sonics; I ultimately left those jobsbecause of their negative atmosphere, and the affect they had on my mental health. I hated how blatantly rude my coworkers werenot just to each other, but to the customers! In my opinion, customer experience is the single most important aspect, and thisDunkin delivers an exceptional one. They even go above and beyond by memorizing your name and order! I?m very excited to bejoining the Dunkin team. If you?re looking for an uplifting place of work, I highly recommend applying to this location. Thehiring/training process has been great. Read more
I downloaded the DD app. I love the app and the store!! I am sad that they stopped selling the brownies. They were delicious... and gluten free. I don't think they were advertised. But the coffees are amazing!!! Read more
I prefer DD coffee flavor over the competitors. I come here frequently. The West Street store is near my home therefore by... default this is the preferred store for me in the mornings. It's my understanding this same store has been used for trainingnew hires across town and for that reason turnover is VERY high and consistency in product is not always there. Read more
Save your time & money. Go to Starbucks, you?re going to spend the same amount in gas just in the drive through. My mobile order... was ready & just sitting there at the window for at least 20 minutes because it was cold. Then sat another 10 waiting for mycoffee, which was also just sitting there at the window. I?ve tried to go there multiple times now for the benefit of the doubtbut just no. They?ve forgotten items, made them wrong & the service outright is not GOOD. Go to the one on rock road.??????????? I always go to this dunkin before working at the salon. I didn?t receive my cookie butter donut so I was a bit sad. I go back... the next morning let them know about it, and I receive a dozen donuts. Now that?s one way to get me back in there! I appreciatethe person who did this for knowing I?m a regular at this point! Read more
