Ordered a Caesar salad and received a garden salad. Ordered two customized thin large pizzas and received them both burnt and... cold. Called the manager Keagan regarding issues with the entire order and he offered to have a delivery driver come pick upthe burnt pizzas and bring fresh ones but we would have to pay the 5.99 delivery fee. My app said the manager Keagan made myburnt pizzas. Sorry but if a manager is burning pizzas he shouldn?t be the manager. Read more
Dominos delivered the wrong pizza to our home a few weeks ago. After the delivery driver left, I called the store on Harry &... Rock Road and explained. The person on the phone gave us a ?credit? for next time. I called today to order pizza and tell themabout the ?credit?. Lady on the phone states ?it?s not in the system, I can?t do anything for you? RUDELY. This is veryUNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. It was the stores mistake and responsibility to resolve. Read more

Unbelievably poor service! I am almost speechless right now at the lack of care for customers and the pure lack of knowledge by... the staff. I ordered 6 pizzas online. Immediately called the store to change one of them because online didn't give me an optionto make a change. They Saud too late its in the oven and you will have to buy a new one. Ok fine. But they wanted to charge mealmost triple the price I paid. I asked them to honor the price. They said they couldn't so I asked for a manager. The managernever came to the phone. This place was terrible we ordered 3 large pepperoni pizzas and ordered 4 garlic butters and 2 marinara when we went to go pick... it up my dad looked in the boxes to make sure their were sauces their were not the assistant said they were 1.00 a peice forsauses when we were told on phone they were .60 cents each not to mention has a person who barley spoke english answering thephone for orders i called back and told them hey we dont have pepperoni pizzas they are all chesse and their cold he said wellon your receipt it showes no pepperoni and the pizzas were all cold then continued to get loud and arugue with me saying he isthe one that took them out so he knows theit hot and that is not what we ordered all away around a terrible place to eat atexpecially if theit not going to make the mistake on their part right and be rude to their customers Read more
The driver went to the wrong location despite the Domino's tracker showing the correct address. Called the store and they... offered to remake the order and deliver it again with a different driver. At that point it had already been over an hour so wejust cancelled the order. I'm leaving this as a 3-star review because the store did offer to make it right even though thedriver messed up. Good service and good Pizzas. Domino's used to have good deals on pizza but lately they did not offer much which made customers... to go to pizzahuts and pizzahuts stepped up their game very well. This week Domino's offered 50% off deal and that's why I wentback after sometime. The staff is always nice but the place is too small and packed when couple of customers are in it. Theyneed to expand this place so people can come in. They might be focusing more on delivery maybe. But anyways pizzas does not havea "wow" factor anymore comparing to the competitors. Read more
Normally, the service isn't that bad at this Domino's. The order on 11/12 however was far below expectations. The order took an... hour to be delivered and then the order was delivered to the wrong house (we found that out after calling the store). First theperson who answered insisted the food was delivered and asked us to check our porch repeatedly. After the driver described theporch where it was left and us telling her that wasn't our porch a handful of times, their solution was for either us or thedriver to go look for the food. This was after the food was left outside in 30 degree temps for approximately 20 minutes. Ittook a manager to say they would remake the food. We are waiting for this next order and it will be over 2 hours since we firstordered. Not once did anyone apologize or at least take ownership of the mistake. I wouldn't be leaving this review if any ofthem had even made the slightest attempt at an apology as I understand they are probably underpaid and understaffed. I amprobably not ordering from this Domino's for some time after this experience. Read more
