The past three times I?ve visited the Maize Rd. location, a teenage boy worker has gotten my order wrong 2/3 times and had... horrible customer service. He was rude to other customers while I was in there as well. The workers also close the store atleast 10 minutes before their set closing time and make customers feel like an inconvenience to come in when they are stillopen. Read more
Absolutely love Cold Stone but the guy working tonight showed horrible customer service and had a nasty attitude.

We had a craving for ice cream and we hadn?t ordered Cold Stone in quite a while. This was the first time we ordered at this... Cold Stone location. The waffle bowls we ordered were the freshest we had ever tasted at a Cold Stone Creamery; also theportion size of ice cream was enormous. We had to take half our portion/order to-go, because there was too much ice cream toeat in one setting. I highly recommend this Cold Stone location. Read more
