Going through the drive through its really common to be shorted on my order. Last night about 6:30pm I ordered 12 piece legs and... thighs, honey buns, 2 cole slaws, and two apple pies. When I got home I was missing the honey buns, apple pies, and cole slaws.I drove back and was given a bag with the missing items, once home I was still shorted an apple pie. Read more
Went once awhile ago, spicy chicken was bland. Just tried to give them another chance, several people in line, none had ordered.... 5 minutes later after staring at the backs of employees who took no orders I left. Went to kfc, left with order 2 minutes later. Read more
Slowest service. So slow in fact people just end up driving away. That's with no one inside the store and a couple in drive... thru. You never know if they are open or closed unless you drive up and wait to see if someone answers and when they do it's tosay they are closed. They lock the doors hours ahead of closing time every week at least 2 times a week. Always opens late.Doesn't matter. They always get orders wrong. If you say a side they give you the opposite. This happens always. They are alwaysout of something even if it's in the Middle of the day and won't make any more. 2 stars because the food is good. Everythingelse is not so great. I ordered a 3 pc combo meal. It wasn't 3 pieces, it was 1 big pc of burnt something, the biscuit was nasty. The fries were ok.... The server walked away from the window and didn't give me my drink. Read more

This was my third time going to this Church's Chicken which is close to my house. For the third time in a row my order was not... correct and I had to call the restaurant when I got home to let them know about the problems with my order. My first twoproblems we're taking care of the next day which is not helpful when you're trying to order dinner for you and your family butat least I was satisfied. However this time the management that I spoke to was very rude about listening to the problems with myorder and I still have not gone back to get missing items from my orders because my experience was so awful I'm actually afraidof what they will give me. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I even called corporate and took their silly surveyand asked to have someone call me back and no one did. I have been eating out in Wichita for over 50 years and as a seniorcitizen you do expect better service. As a disabled person it is hard for me to keep going back to places to get an order thatthey missed or have something else corrected it has gotten to the point of ridiculous nowadays. Read more
Every time I buy from this location the chicken seems old or the chicken seems old and bland. Me and my brother had upset... stomach from eating this chicken. I ended up trowing away the whole box of chicken I bought. Read more
