Chicken and fries were not fresh. They were sitting under the heat lamp for an extended period of time which greatly affected... the quality. Ask for items to be fried to order for best experience. Update: 11/22 I should have taken my own advice sameexperience as last time. Read more
Ordered spicy chicken and was told they didn't have any. So ordered mixed original and then was told they didn't have any white... meat. So I ordered the chicken sandwich. Asked what I wanted to drink and I said sweet tea. Then of course I was informed theydidn't have any. Also both the sandwich and the fries were cold. Read more
The chicken is absolutely amazing. However, man the employees are about as rude as it gets. Hard to understand, the place has... amazing potential, but the counter help needs an unbelievable amount of customer service training. Read more
Bad Service. One Hour 15 Mins wait and we all went in, only to see one of the employees eating up the chicken we all order.. ... ???????? Just sad. Yesterday at 8 to 9 I went here for a chicken sandwich with my bf they had to remake my sandwich cuz it was so raw then the... remade one was the same way. VERY poor customer service and they didn't refund me for it either. They may be good food on therare occasions that they decide to make the food right but it's not worth salmonella food poisoning. The lady that was taking the order did not greet us, sounded like she was eating and then we had to wait over 2 minutes to place... the order. Then once we received our items, the mashed potatoes had the brown gravy instead of the country white gravy (which wemade sure to say at least 3 times while ordering). This is not the 1st or 2nd time I have had issues similar to this at thisChurches. I love Churches Chicken, but I'm gonna have to do some thinking about going back. Read more
