I've tried almost everything on this menu, and WOW! Chef Eric has raised the bar in Wichita for providing a unique dining... experience. The roasted beet hummus is a game changer. The seared salmon with aromatic rice is incredible. I'm not even glutenfree, but I'm inspired to learn more about it now that I've found a menu that doesn't leave me miserably full. My entire experience was out of this world! The roasted beet humus was a beautiful explosion of yummy flavors. The falafel kabob... was delicious and paired perfectly with the aromatic rice.
