Placed a pizza order online, email receipt told me to call the store if I need to make any changes. Store is not answering their... phone after nearly an hour of trying. Decided to take a morning walk to Caseys to try their breakfast. Instead of breakfast I encounter locked doors and an employee... giving me a snarky look as I turn and walk to QT instead. 930am and they have their doors locked. Read more

This Casey's is about an equal distance right between a Kwik Shop and QuikTrip, two blocks of the major East-West highway in... Doodah, and isn't even open 24 hours a day. They made awesome pizza for the first few months they were open, but the amount oftoppings they put on seems to get lighter as time goes on. Can't even say it's worth it at 2 in the morning, since they aren'topen that late. Read more
So this evening a little before 8:20 pm I hear a noise on my front porch. I go to the door and look out and see nothing. I open... the door and sitting on my front porch is a pizza and two 2-liters from Casey's. I have never eaten at Casey's, so I step outand look in the bag. The receipt below is in the bag. I call the phone number on the receipt and explain to the "employee" whoanswers that a pizza and two 2-liters that I did not order have been left on my porch. I am told that it is not theirresponsibility and I should call grub hub. I say this phone number and the name Leydi are the only identifying information withthe food. Once again I hear, "Not my responsibility call Grub Hub." Please notice that the receipt does in fact say Ubereatsnot Grub Hub. I have seen several people post they had problems with Grub Hub, but I wonder if the problem is in fact withCasey's employees. Obviously, I am not an employee of either one, so why is it my responsibility to figure out how to assist aCasey's CUSTOMER. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I would NEVER tell a good samaritan that they shouldfix a problem which is apparently ongoing with this particular location. Whoever was working on May 1, 2022 at 8:30 pm shouldnot be doing customer service. What a milker. Obviously just there to get a paycheck... to heck with the company or thecustomers. Absolute stinker. Employees lack brain cells and the management is terrible. Out of gas but have no problem skimming the... costumer a few cents. I?ve seen this before. They most likely will skim every fuel pump a few cents every time it?s used. Iwas told not a big deal but the manager wouldn?t throw me a nickel. Will just be another failed business on west street. Zerogas came out the nozzle but yet I?m charged. Read more
About the 3rd or 4th time I have tried to get gas there and was unable to because there has been something wrong with the pumps.... The landscaping looks terrible for a new location. Even the food inside is subpar for a Casey's which I normally like. Thecashiers are slow. Don't waste your time just go to Quiktrip or Kwik Shop which are a few blocks away. Read more
