I do love going into Casey's but unfortunately, they are not open 24 hours a day. I don't know what is going on but the staff is... friendly. I just hope that you all are not closing cause it seems as if a lot of employees are leaving or transferring to otherstores not affiliated with you all. I don't want to see any employee punished but those who are there should be rewarded andpraised for doing what they are doing even if means covering someone else's shift. I'm a regular paying customer there. It's a great place to visit, I just don't like the manager Lisa. She's rude to her staff... and treats them horribly. I don't know how the employees can work in a hostile environment with her. She makes themuncomfortable. They are friendly employees. She's the only problem with the store. They need to find a new manager. Read more
They are rarely open when they are supposed to be. When they are open, they don't have any breakfast food made or it's already... old and crusty. How is the food old when they just open? I also don't appreciate the workers smoking right outside the doors sothat you have to walk into their smoke to go inside. This place used to be hopping in the mornings. It's just sad. Read more
Won't be coming to Casey's at all for anything. It was over 7 dollars for a fountain drink and a iced coffee. Y'all are insane... charging as much as y'all do. It's definitely not worth paying that much. It would be mor understandable if you guys made it butfor self service at a gas station y'all are way too greedy. I absolutely refuse to go to a Casey's anymore and we used to gothere every day. Terrible service too the lady at the register is always rude as can be. Never have the right cups either sowhen your out of 32 ounce cups we just have to pay for the larger drink seems like as much as y'all charge there should be noshortage of supplies. I don?t know why it was a one man team last night but regardless he really pushed through all orders and didn?t lose his cool.... He was very persistent and straight up about wait time with all of us, I know every experience won?t be like mine and I willcontinue to order out of understanding/human decency it wasn?t his fault. Not every store has correct amount of staff, staffshortage & some not having a lot of experience etc but I just want to say to that man Thank you! Who in the world cuts a pizza like this? They'd be fired anywhere else in town. Its happened the last 3 times I've bought pizza... at the S. Meridian location in Wichita, KS. Please, try for some consistency in the size of the slices. Read more
Just like qt friendly staff and had good experiences there
I used to love this store but now it's always closed at 3 am. I need to get in and out, get my breakfast in the morning. I work... strange hours and sometimes it is open and sometimes not. I waste my time driving to that casey's. They are losing my business,. Please hire some people and bring back the old manager. This was never a issue till she left. Read more
