Absolutely terrible. The pumps wouldn?t print a receipt. I tried to get one from the clerk who was standing there on her phone.... She said come back tomorrow and then refused to look up from her phone. The only reason I came to this location was to use theUpside app for the cash back. That was a big mistake apparently. It says they are open til 11 but it was 9:05 and the clerk hadthe door locked. Read more
One star is being generous! I agree this location is the worst location in the city...My pizza is usually ok, but always takes... much longer than promised. My beverage order is NEVER right and it's like they don't think you should be given napkins with acurbside food order! I get home to find that the two bottles of Gold Peak UNSWEETENED Tea I ordered were wrong AGAIN! I wasgiven a Sweet Tea and an EXTRA Sweet tea..both of which I can't drink, as I'm Diabetic! I called the store only to be put onhold for 13 minutes before I hung up. I tried to call back several times only to have the phone give me a busy signal. Mychiropractor is next door so sometimes I order food to pick up after my appointment. I give up, it's just horrible. I won't beordering from this location again. I'll go to Derby. Read more
I am continuously amazed at the lack of concern this location has for anything! Since you obviously don't need the $$ this store... could generate, close it down and let someone else have this prime corner. It's not rocket science. Thank goodness, you wouldnot stand a chance. None of the fountain drinks and slushi machines are working and last time i went in ( sunday June 12th 2022 ) the cashier was... more willing to help a cop than the long line of customers i understand the cop needs more help but still ask for someone elseto cover you or something. Only 2 people working, one other behind the counter eating. No one even acknowledged I was there until I asked if I could order... some food, and the one eating yelled "I'm not on the clock" at me. I understand being short staffed, or just being busy, it wasa little after 5 pm. But I do not understand rudeness from an employee towards a customer. I most likely will not return to thatstore. The quality of service is hit and miss. The kitchen folks are next to useless sometimes. I?ve been disregarded and ignored too... many times for their conversations. The food, when made right is pretty good. They don?t usually treat the parking lot after asnowstorm, so be careful before you get stuck. Read more
