Place never has pizza done on time. 20 min late tonight
This was my first experience ordering a whole pizza at Casey?s, I have ordered a slice of pizza in the past but never a whole... pizza. I received a coupon via the Casey?s App, so I decided to order 2 pizzas. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza and theSupreme pizzas. I placed the order via the app and the pizzas were ready on-time and the pickup was seamless, both pizzas werehot and fresh, and the employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed both pizzas, and an added bonus isthe slices were cut very small. I highly recommend this Casey?s location, I don?t order pizza there very often but shop therefrequently for other items, I have never been disappointed and the customer service is top-notch. Ordered 2 large pizzas via phone, arrived 20 min later for pickup and they had forgotten about it. After waiting another 20 min... for pizza, we got our pizzas. The middle of the meat lovers was cooled just 3 min after receiving the pizzas. The other largepepperoni pizzas cheese fell off before we could take off a slice. There was a promo at the time for a free puppy chow with thepurchase of a large pizza, they were out and couldn't replace them. There was also no discount for the extra wait time. I love Casey's pizza! I can only compare it to Godfathers and I was so disappointed when they left west wichita but Casey's... definitely comes close to that signature pie that I love to eat. Read more
