Food tends to be close enough to what I order, several times though, will have gotten bacon (or god forbid the time I got... jalapeno on a burger) while waiting a pretty hefty time at what seems like the slowest time. Secondly, just today, overheard anargument with another customer that ended with the customer leaving because the staff were not knowledgeable or suited todeescalate the situation and couldn't finish the order, then had the audacity to mock and ridicule them and past customerswithin earshot of the other patrons here (including me). suffice to say the whole team here needs fired and replaced withfriendlier and better suited people. In spite of them messing up on my order, they made it up too me, but I give them props cause their air conditioner wasn't... working and they was still working. People need to recognize the people that keep working threw these times, and especially withno a/c. All the employees were very nice and the manager Taylor was working hard trying to keep things going. She is a very niceperson! Thank you for having such great employees! Read more
We went to Burger King to get breakfast. I had a coupon I ask for one breakfast sandwich to have bacean they lady said okay We... was supposed to get a drink and hash browns when I got to window it took more than ten minutes there was no one else. I ask whyone hash brown girl was rude about it so I said okay didn't give me my reset .So I left but my sandwich was rong so I went backshe was very rude. This isn't the only time at this Burger King serves we're bad one time the restaurant was dirty and we waitedfor service. I don't know what's wrong with Burger King but other stores are just as bad. One store could even make a vegetarianhamburger because the cook could speak English. I used to love burger King but no more. They have bad service. Don't go to thestore on 47 the in Wichita. We went there a little after 9pm and sat in the drive through for seemed like 10 minutes and my daughter called the lobby and a... guy answered and my daughter told them we were sitting in the drive through and soon as she said that he hung up on her.Iwouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to but we will never go back there,whoever runs that place needs to be FIRED!!!
