Ordered $20 of food just to get home and find a sandwich missing. I called the store to advise them of the situation and was... told, "I saw her pack 4 sandwiches so I don't know what to tell you." I visited the Meridian location BK17368 Thursday July 21, 2022 at 10:14pm. I wanted to thank the young man that took my order... for such professionalism and respect. He was polite and let me know it would be a little while because my meals were taking alittle time to be ready. I pulled to the front of the restaurant and waited. After a wait an older gentleman walked out and myhusband met him half way. Immediately he apologized for the wait and stated the were working on getting the order out fresh. Myhusband and I thanked him very much. This review is to compliment both men. Kind and respectful and explained the wait. I havebeen to many to many fast-food restaurants but this one was quite special. I saved my receipt just so I could write this review.I wish I would of known their names.
