The manager was very nice and a food was made the way I wanted.
This location needs all staff replaced or trained properly. They cannot take an order or focus on taking an order. They forgot... sausage on my sausage breakfast burrito.... The hash browns were undercooked and soggy. Might I add, I was the only one thereat this location but it seemed no one was focused on taking my order or making my food. Read more
The worker over the counter is unable to understand English, it took me quite a time to make him understand that I need four... full meals number 11 and one without tartar sauce. On arrival of meals he was not sure which one is without tartar sauce. On ourchecking we found all are with tartar sause. Need to mop area regularly as the area around wending machine was all sticky. Don't wear sandals inside this place. The floor was so sticky, my sandals stuck to floor and I'd have to fight to get them... loose. The cashier couldn't get the order right after several attempts. The biscuits were stale and oily. Horrible service andfood. The good part was the bugs didn't bother us, since they were stuck to the floor. Read more
The incompetence is astounding! Order was very simple. 5 rodeo burgers, add cheese and extra BBQ sauce. Now I could let the BBQ... sauce slide as not everyone might see extra sauce as the same amount. I paid for extra cheese for 5 sandwiches and didn't get asingle slice of cheese! We were pulled up to wait for our order because they were "waiting for fresh burgers to becooked"...every one of my burgers were dry and seemed to have been sitting for well over the hold limit. Probably one of the worse experiences of my dining life. Staff was unfriendly, my BK app said that I was allowed one free... upgrade. So my item was $5 yet after my free upgrade it cost me $6.64. I asked her why so much for the free upgrade, she told meeveryone has to pay taxes. Floor was sticky as I walked all throughout the dining area. No ice in pop machine, and most of thepop choices were unavailable. When I got my food and asked for ketchup, the lady said that they were out. It was just theunfriendly way that I was treated and the lack of care in their facility that really set the tone for my disappointment. Thefood was good, and the cook squeezed out some ketchup in a dish for me was the upside. Sad thing was that I couldn't mydisappointment and have told 5 people about my experience already. I didnt expect much from a fast food place but 3+ strikes in one visit- I'm out. 1. Out of french fries 2. Out of ranch... dressing 3. Sauce packets cost extra unless you get nuggets. 4. One person working the drive thru & inside counter. 5. Food wassomehow soggy & dry at the same time. Read more
App and Google said they were open till Midnight, ordered ahead and paid in the app, pulled up at 11:04pm most lights off, but... drive-thru screen still on. Employee came on the speaker to say they were closed and all equipment was shutoff. I understandplaces closing early due to short staffing, but at least update the app to stop people from being able to order and pay for foodthey can't pickup. Read more
