Went in around 8:30pm and the place was dead, ordered our food and went to sit down. the lobby was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. There... was not one clean table to sit at, ice cream was all over the floor and the trash was overfilled and on the floor as well. Therewere no straws so I had to eat my shake with a spoon! The food was decently good but you could see that the employees did nothave a care to take care of their restaurant, they just stood around and talked. This place has gone down hill very fast. Wouldnot recommend unless you don?t mind sitting in a place with no clean tables, trash everywhere, icecream all over the floor andemployees who just stand around and not do anything about it. Got the Kids Cheese burger meal for granddaughter. She says it's the best. Better than McDonald's. She also enjoyed a... Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream cone. Great service. Very clean. Pleasant atmosphere. Will visit again. Read more

They are always so friendly here and will take care of you no matter if you are inside the restaurant, shopping in their store,... or in the drive through. Love this place, their food, and highly recommend their ice cream to anyone who hasn?t tried it. Bestice cream I?ve ever had! Read more
Check your order in the line of the drive thru. When they make your order wrong the y won't fix it or give you the money back... that the stole. I ordered the bag of 5 burgers with cheese and when I got home I noticed that they didn't have cheese. They toldme I have to drive back and forth to waste more time and money. I am very disappointed and will no longer be getting food at anyBraum's with carefully inspecting everything in the order. Read more
The second I pulled up to the drive through I was greeted with an attitude, I debated just leaving at that point but I went... ahead and ordered. Then the employee gave me a bunch of salad dressing for my french fries and then sat there and argued with methat it wasn?t when it?s explicitly labeled SALAD DRESSING on the packaging. I fully understand that the customer isn?t alwaysright, and that times are hard in fast food right now, but this is just ridiculous. Read more
Store eating area was filthy and littered with trash, food, and dirty face masks. All tables and seats were dirty and trash cans... were overflowing. Trash cans in cooking area also over full. One staff member walked by but didn't seem to notice the mess. Noone came to clean or check the area while we were there. Very disappointed as this is a newly built restaurant. Read more
