Good ice cream! The only reason I have it a4 instead of a 5, is because it smells funky in their store.
The lackluster service was disappointing. Only one employee seemed to really care about his work while all the others were more... interested in their phone or socializing with other workers. The one person bathroom was very inconvenient, especially whensomeone decided to camp out in the bathroom. My hamburger hardly had any vegetables on it, but the ice cream was excellent asalways. Their ice cream is always good for us. We don't usually get their food, but when we went through the drive thru, we had some... issues. The person taking orders kept telling us they couldn't hear us, even though we were talking plenty loud. We ordered foodfor 2 adults and 2 kids. They didn't give us one kid's burger, and we had to go inside to get it. Both adult burgers were messedup as far as what we asked to have on it or left off, and the fries tasted stale. We double checked it against the receipt, andthey did put in the order correctly, but didn't make it correctly. The actual quality of the food was good. Read more
Ordered 3 hamburgers and received nothing but buns. Then the manager implied I lied. Apparently common sense is not a trait... workers here have. I wouldn?t waste my time driving back to lie about having meat in a hamburger. Complete idiots. Read more
The wait in drive through was sooo long. It was roughly 5 minutes before making it to the speaker. Then another 8 minutes... whiles the system "reset itself". Then we had to wait for our food whiles three cars behind us got theirs before us. The frieswere cold and yuck. The chicken sandwiches were cold as well. The cheese wouldn't even melt any. We only buy Braums milk, and love the quality of items available in their market place. The reduction of one star is due to the... service. This location doesn't have a dedicated person for the market side, so sometimes you end up standing there waiting forsomeone to check you out. I wish they had a better system for monitoring to provide quick service when someone needs to checkout. Read more
This Braums location has such great staff that is knowledgeable and dedicated. They work fast and clean and care. The ice cream... is good, especially their cones. I also like their burgers a lot. And the groceries are convenient too. Read more
Horrible service. Gives cold fries. When told about this, refused to replace them. Told corporate, and corporate refused to... do anything about it. I've never seen a restaurant so bad that they refuse to give at least warm fries. Do yourself a favorand stay away from this dumpster fire. Read more
