I enjoy browsing in this store. They have a big selection of various types of books and magazines. They also have records and... CDs but not as many as they used to have. Not sure what the reason is for reducing the size of their music section. Read more
We love to take our daughter to choose books to buy her and read to her. Staff is friendly and sure it gets busy now and then... but usually it's pretty comfortable. Read more
Great selection of books and the staff was very friendly. I did knock off one star because the books there are quite expensive,... more than I'm willing to pay most of the time. That isn't this locations fault but I wanted to note that. Overall, very niceexperience. Read more
Barnes and Noble is always a sensory exploration. I love browsing the books and products available. The stores prices are high.... You can usually find the same books and products at a lower price on line. However, ordering on line isn't as fun as thein-store experience. And, ebooks are great. But, there's something about holding a physical book that will always beat readingon a Kindle or tablet. In my humble opinion. Read more
In a very nice area, nice, clean and fun place to just hang out and look at books. Came here with my wife. She got a book and... sat by the window to read. Was an overcast day so it was quite a nice vibe to just read and chill while watching the Bradleyfair district. They have a Starbucks area with some unique pastries that I?ve never seen at other chains! The staff is kind andfriendly. They were quick to help when I asked a question. Read more

I have been going to the Barnes and Noble cafe for over the last year and a half and have had one of the most frustrating... experiences in my life just recently. 5 days ago, I lost my water bottle there, a Hydroflask which is known for its durability.Upon realizing I lost it when I got home, I immediately called the business and asked if they could find it where I left it,they said while on the phone, "We have it. I will put it up at the front of the store for you for when you come in next time." Ithanked them vehemently and planned on coming in the next day. The next day comes around and I go there and ask them about thewater bottle. They responded with them not knowing where it was and them apologizing, I was confused by this but I let it slide.Following this they let me know that they would contact me as soon as they found it. A few days go by and I hear nothing, today(12-1) I go inside to ask if they had found it yet, thinking that they just forgot to call me back, and they said that one oftheir workers had emptied MY water bottle that night and it had broken, and upon it breaking they threw it away. Keep in mindthis is a HydroFlask bottle so it doesn't just break? And I asked why they threw it away. They responded, "because it broke."This is extremely frustrating because why are they touching my stuff when I called and asked if they could save my water bottlethere. And when I talked to, what I think, was the manager on duty, he was extremely frank and was not willing to talk about itanymore. Hydroflasks do not just break, and you don't throw away someone's property, especially if they explicitly ask you tokeep it stowed away for you the next day. I wish I could give 0 stars. Read more
