I've been burned many times by the 4815 Washington S, Wichita KS location. The service is good but the food quality is horrible.... You can tell the grease is VERY old. The food is not fresh and ALL the food has a very similar flavor because of the oldgrease. My go-to is the smokehouse brisket sandwich which is excellent when fresh but this time I could eat 3 bites of thesandwich because of the poor quality and taste and about 4 curly fries. The worst flavor ever. Again, I eat arbys a lot, andknow how good it can be, so this is a fair honest review, it was horrible. Read more
Service was excellent, quick, and food was super fresh. Employee at the Drive Thru (Hayden) was awesome! He was polite, answered... all my questions about the menu, and even asked if I needed sauce. Definitely a win for this Arby's location for staffing! Iwill be back for sure! Read more

I love this Arby's. It is new to the area within the last few years. The reason for my visit this time was to compare against a... neighboring rival chain. I was comparing the quality of gyros. Just so it is known, Arby's came out the winner! Theiringredients actually taste better and fresher. The employees make the food look appetizing when preparing it. It isn't preparedindifferently. The employees here are extremely polite & courteous. Their store always looks clean. My only critique? Every nowand then, when I order turnovers, they accidentally forget to put them in the bag.
