I complained that I didn't get any sauce last time I was in but the guy working the drive through had my back. He didn't get me... like the one Arby sauce and one horsey you normally get. He got me a whole handful of sauce. I was smiling ear to ear. Bigrespect to that guy. Read more

I've been burned many times by the 4815 Washington S, Wichita KS location. The service is good but the food quality is horrible.... You can tell the grease is VERY old. The food is not fresh and ALL the food has a very similar flavor because of the oldgrease. My go-to is the smokehouse brisket sandwich which is excellent when fresh but this time I could eat 3 bites of thesandwich because of the poor quality and taste and about 4 curly fries. The worst flavor ever. Again, I eat arbys a lot, andknow how good it can be, so this is a fair honest review, it was horrible. Read more
