They were in such a rush. They threw my bag to me through drive thru. And all my fries spilled out. Never once thanked me.
I couldn't hear the lady taking my order in drive thru. I told her I couldn't hear her so then she turns on a louder, sarcastic... voice! When I got to the window to pay her attitude was as if I had disturbed her day. I had to pull forward and wait, adifferent lady brought the food out and she was very kind. The ladies were short staffed and still managed to get food out they deserve better pay for showing up and doing their jobs. As... a ex fast food worker I know how frustrating it is to have people constantly call in leaving you short staffed. They no longer have potato cake or ham and cheese sandwich. So we were a little disappointed. My fish sandwich, was very good... and fresh. I really like their salted caramel cookies, always good. Read more
We had ordered a salad on Uber eats and we were just missing a dressing so I went back through the drive through to grab a... packet of dressing, no biggie it happens, and I was feeling like ordering cherry turn overs anyway. Well this girl there was sosweet and the manager was so cool. They surprised us and said sorry for messing up your order the turnover are on us! Just sosweet of them such a nice surprise. The sandwich I got was not that good. Literally dripping with sauce. Also some curly fries in with my crinkle fries. BUT, I... give 5 stars to the young man working the drive through.
