Pass or Fail by Kat. A dining or customer service review. Went there for a quick dinner and as usual the food is what it is -... it?s good for fast food hot dogs. The girl that waited on me seems to be the same one and she?s very friendly, and kind, andaccommodating. She has great customer service. The makings of a future manager.The manager on the other hand -he doesn?tspeak. I asked to use the restroom and while I was in there 3 cockroaches came out to attack me. I had to protect myself, so Istomped on them. I promptly told the young woman and she was very apologetic and said she was sorry for that experience. Saidall the right things. I mentioned it to the manager with the hairy neck, an he just stared at me and said, ?OK.? That was it.Things like this can make or break a restaurant. You let the customer know that you?re going to take immediate action to dosomething about it and you apologize. Not that I was looking for an apology but I was looking for some concern on his part thathis restaurant might be infested. I told him if roaches are in the bathroom, they?re in the store. Food was good for fast foodand hot dogs. The customer service from the manager sucked wieners. The girl is the only reason they got as many stars as theydid. Pass or fail? Passed, just barely. This is my favorite Wienersvhnitzel location. The food is always good, the place is clean, and customer service is great.
On several occasions. I ordered an all beef dog on a pretzel bun and the person repeated the order. Once again I did not receive... what was ordered but paid more for the all beef dog on the pretzel bun. The manager seems to be flaky and may not be able tomanage the franchise. I arrived a little before 9 pm and the doors were already locked so I was forced to go through the drive thru. If you post you... open and close at certain times, you should be open and close at those times. Read more
Fast, friendly, accurate and yummy!!! There were about 4 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru and I waited probably less than 5... minutes!!! Plus, they sell their Chili in a can now!!!! Read more
