The hours are wrong, says open but weekends opens at 9am
I used to love this place, years ago when my kids were little. It offered the same food but the customer service made a big... difference. The guys behind the counter (2 brothers) were always in a good mood, making jokes, smiling, they remember your name,and even knew what you ordered the last time. It felt kind of like as if the owners themselves were serving you and it wasn't achain restaurant anymore. We used to come every Tuesday, after school, eat, do some homework and take off to the movies. We cameback today after a couple of years because of Covid. They've remodeled the place. They painted the walls, bought new signs, andadded more tables and chairs. Now, the staff is average, the food could be fresher, they can sit 24 people but they've turnedthe only bathroom into an "employee only" one. Can you believe that? I chose this Subway in the first place because it had abathroom. How can potentially 24 people eat comfortably without a bathroom? This store just turned into a street vendor with aroof and A/C. Don't you think if you want to call yourself a restaurant, you should have at least a bathroom available? Becauseotherwise, you can have a lunch truck and be done with it !!!! Read more

Quit going to another one close by because they usually only have one maybe two employees during rush hour lunch and dinner... ridiculous and maybe it's franchise that's why the service is poor 3 employees at lunch here on Washington Boulevard by PIHhospital thank you So we can get in and out of there faster when we only have 30 minutes Great service as always. The sandwiches are good as long as the ingredients are fresh. The "mgr." Ardette Ayetti whatever the name spelling needs a lot... more customer service training. Maybe she didn't even have any. Which She lacks. If it weren't for hardworking Michelle Iwouldn't go go there. It's a shame. Read more
