The ingredients at this establishment are better than those from other Subways I have visited. Furthermore, the inside is nice.

Usually the service here is Ok but the 16 y/o girl working on 4/5/22 at 9PM was rude and unprofessional. I felt like asking her... if she was in a hurry. Totally not even trying to fake it. Somebody needs to teach today?s kids the proper etiquette whointerfacing with customers. Read more

I ordered a foot long Buffalo Chicken, the girl shorted the chicken in the scoop, I asked for the full amount and she said it... would be extra. I walked out, I will not pay full price for a sandwich with only half the meat. I will never come back to thislocation. I have been to many subways throughout the country, this is the worst. I wish I could post the picture here of the stale sub rolls I was given. Paid for double meat and cheese and did not get. When I... went searching for the missing meat I found I was given a long blond hair. Contacted subway and was given the standard sorry andI?ll tell my staff. Nothing else, I was not given the meat and cheese I paid for or decent sub rolls as replacements for the old, stale and crumbling mess they gave me. For 15 years I've been coming to this Subway roughly once every week. I have been a very regular, consistent, and loyal... customer. My order has been simple: A toasted BMT with provolone, mustard, a ton of spinach, tomato, and cucumber. That'sall. I have not used their onions, their peppers, their olives, their wax peppers... nothing other than spinach, tomato, andcucumber. And for 15 years, the employees have been wonderful, friendly, and have made great sandwiches. Until today. Today Iwas told by an employee (one whom I've never seen before) that I, the customer, could not have as much spinach as I wanted. Iasked repeatedly if the policy had changed, and this employee gave no answer. He simply (and rudely) repeated his statementthat I could not have any more spinach. I explained that in all my years of patronizing their sandwich shop, no employee hadever before put a limit on the amount of spinach that I could have. He told me that if I wanted more, I would have to pay for asalad. Since when is the customer not right? Since when is it ok to be rude to a customer? I told the employee that I wouldnot be back to that store - that he personally was costing them a good and reliable customer. I meant it. Terrible service. Read more
