Love the ready pizza when I walk in and so tasty
I usually have a decent experience at Piara Pizza. I ordered a large half/half, Hawaiian & pepperoni, jalapeño and onions. They... forgot to put my order through. The wait time was close to hour to get my pizza. When I asked Juanita if they forgot to start myorder, she plain out looked me in my eyes and lied. I saw her and the pizza maker discussing the mistake and start my orderafter waiting close to a half hour at this point. I asked the cashier if she could be honest about the mistake and she plain outstared at me with no remorse, no apology! Really frustrating because I had a family at home hungry waiting for dinner!Unfortunately had to eat close to 9pm Icing on the cake was the order was wrong. I got half bacon and pineapple! Not Canadianbacon! Second half was pepperoni, mushrooms and onions, no jalapeños. Lost my business! Train your employees to have bettercustomer service and learn how to accept mistakes and apologize to the customer. They accept tips before the service! Not good!I tipped for lousy service! Ordered: custom large pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, bell peppers, red onion. Hot wings. Pros: open during a holiday, so... thank you! They also followed through with our light cheese, extra sauce request. Wings were great, pleasantly spicy. Cos:Their default pizza crust doesn?t taste much like anything and is on par with pre-baked Boboli crusts. Mushrooms looked and feltlike they were from a can. Very sparse vegetables, diced/sliced incredibly thin. Suggestions for the restaurant: use freshmushrooms. Offer aromatics as options: fresh minced garlic, basil, oregano.
